Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or leaking upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or partially used perfumes
- Opened or tampered packaging
- Change of mind after opening the product
Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp
- Provide your order number and clear images/video
- Our team will review and approve your request
- Follow the return instructions provided
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund method: Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping Charges
- If the issue is from our side, we cover return shipping
- Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
