Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaking upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or partially used perfumes
  • Opened or tampered packaging
  • Change of mind after opening the product

  • Provide your order number and clear images/video
  • Our team will review and approve your request
  • Follow the return instructions provided

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund method: Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is from our side, we cover return shipping
  • Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable
